Fossils Galore can bring a Prehistoric Fun Day to your school with activities such as Fossil Hunting in our mobile sand pit, Geode breaking (Rock filled with crystals), Crystal hunting and more, we give Talks on various subjects and museum specimen handling. You can also visit us and do many more activities such as Gold Panning and Sharks Tooth Sifting. For more information please contact us.

“We would like to say a huge well done for entertaining our key stage 1 children who all have special needs. We were astounded at the amount of fossils you brought with you to touch and hold, this gave our children the reality behind the learning. The children did extremely well at sitting and listening and I hope the children gave you some thoughts too from their learning. This has been a huge success for us the teachers as well as the children, many many thanks for taking the time to bring some very special pieces, the children said the best bits were digging for real fossils and holding the dinosaur poo! Staff amazed at how some children accessed this at their level dipping in and out and interacting with you and their new song which we have played over and over. We will be in touch again and school all have had access to the website so more visits to I can see for the future. A very worthwhile activity to being to school. Well done.”
